Cut cucumbers extremely thinly and lay on face for 40 minutes or more.
Benefits:
A substance called silica contained in cucumber promotes collagen and inhibits skin aging.
A cucumber is also a great treatment for troubled skin such as sun-damaged (burned) skin, acne skin and dehydrated skin types.
My Verdict:
I always use this when my skins been in the sun for too long or if it’s feeling dry. A few cucumber slices are like heaven to my skin! I also put some on when I rest.
